What I liked best about this chapter was that you could actually feel Magnar's desparation and confusion and feelings of 'is this real, is everything really okay now' at being at his new station. I read it through quickly, not even realizing when I got to the end, and when I got to the end I thought, "It's over? No, It can't be."
That's the sign of a good story.
