A Buffy mystery story. That is so cool. Really liking the story so far. It is a definite change for Buffy to go into law enforcement like her career assesments indicated instead of college with Willow, but it seems to be working. And Spike as the Master of Sunnydale and working with Buffy - this is good stuff

Bey's gonna have to step in for Giles now. I wonder, too, what all of the apparent animosity is between Buffy and the scoobs is (with the 'they’re going to blame me for this, just like they do everything else'). Is it based off of cannon attitudes, or is it another twist? Spuffy's relationship is pretty different, too. Are we going to get some background?
I really like this story so far, it's been a nice au despite certain deaths. And wow! quick updates! :)

Ooh! I see why you warned me! LOL I'm okay...no, I'm not. NOT GIIIIIIIIIIIIILLLLEEESSSSS!!!! *breathes deep* ...I'm okay. :D Something told me he might not make it out of the fic alive, but as long as Spuffy are alive & kickin' (or undead & kickin', as the case may be), I can deal w/ other character death. ;) But still, poor Giles & poor Buffy! I'm sure Buffy was motivated before, but now, that creature may have a REALLY painful death. Hee! I really liked Buffy coming clean to Stein about vamps & the rest of the non-human side of Sunnydale. I can't help hope that she introduces him to some of the more colorful characters (like Clem!). That could be pretty funny. Ooh...maybe this "creature" will try to take Spike's power, but he'll speak the language & won't get caught! Can't wait to see more about what this creature could be & what its purpose/plan is. & I liked the realism of Stein getting a bit out of breath from the hike, perhaps he'll ask Buffy for help in getting (& staying) in shape? Especially now that he knows that the oogly-booglies are real. Excellent chapter! :)

EEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! New story makes me squee w/ delight! Especially a new story that has Spuffy already together...hope we get to see how they got to this point in their relationship. *hint hint* ;-P & I'm really intrigued @ the idea of Buffy being in law enforcement, particularly w/ Stein as her partner. I know they get along better now that she pinned him (& he's accepted her "weirdness")--but will we find out how much Stein knows about the supernatural & how he knows it's Buffy's "domain"? B/c it seems like he's not completely in the loop. But I adore that Buffy went to the police force, especially after that Career Day episode! Hee! Love that Spike has the Gem of Amara, can't wait to see Buffy's reaction to that! & yay! Giles mention! I hope we see lots of him...perhaps Anya will be his orgasm buddy? :D Can't wait to find out why Buffy & Willow aren't as close anymore (since she mentioned having Giles talk to Willow). & I'm sure the army boys will be a problem @ some point. But oh no! Poor Richard! I hope his brother's still around. & poor Harmony too...she still ended up dead, just all the way dead this time. LOL Wonderful start to a new story...off to track it right now so I get the updates right away!
