Wow an accepting Angel, nicely written Mary. After reading the chapter I'm starting to wonder if this Giles will give Buffy problems. I hope not. I love how you incorporate your characters! God I love Reggie. Wow, could Fred and Gunn be any ruder? I was shocked. I love how you make Wes just take everything in stride! And you wicked woman! Warren and Xander are now girls LMAO!!!!!!!! Bwahahaha! That end was fantastic! Can't wait for Xander & Warren to see how it is when the shoe's on the other foot. :D & I really enjoyed the underwater Angel POV (especially how he "might" put aside his differences). & I liked how authoritative Buffy's being in this story--she knows she has a lot to do & not a lot of time, very nice General Buffy, imo! & I'm glad she plans on keeping Giles from betraying her. Oh & I especially love that both Buffy & Giles have niggling feelings that there's something they aren't remembering--are they the same thing? That would be interesting for a possible Watcher/Slayer bond...I also liked that Giles recognized that Buffy isn't violent for violence's sake & that he may have been wrong to leave her. Love me some Reggie from your stories, so I can't wait to see what role he plays. Oh & super YAY for Wesley! I've relly looked forward to seeing him in this story, I'm a little sad that it was only a hint, but I can't wait for more...so glad that Buffy is fixing AI a little while they search for Angel--really liked Tara giving Wesley some comfort too...I love when she's all magical. :D Fantabulous chappie, I hope to see more very soon! :P

God Mary you are incredibly good at ending this and making us beg for more! I loved your comment that Buffy tells Fred and Gunn about Spike. 'He won't hurt you. He knows what side his bread is buttered on.'
This is one thing I couldn't stand on AtS. Yes, I know the whole redemption gig...but still. Gunn. He is so against vampires and here are a few who have seen Angel at his worst, and right off because Wes found something in reference to Angel and his son...of course he will do everything to protect Conner. I found that admirable and Angel should have been grateful to Wes, as well as the others. Of course, Angel being the Vampire father to Conner they assume the worst in Wes, who as a human made a decision based on what he saw. Oh this aggravated me. Gunn sometimes can be such a hypocrite and yeah I know he trusted Angel, but he didn't know Angel as Angelus, and yet, he knew other vamps. So many discrepancies. The never got all their facts, and yeah Wes made an error thinking this scroll or possible prophecy about father and son to be true. He made one error and tried protecting Connor albeit without telling anyone but still one mistake and he is written off. God, why make friends if that is how they treat you for making a mistake you thought at the time was true...Ughh Sorry 'bout the tangent, but great update! Can't wait for more Mary! I so love how you are tying the shows in and twisting them!

First of all, I've been seriously jonesing for a new chappie of this fic, so THANK YOU!!!! Now, on to the rest of the review:
LOVED it!! I'm more than a little worried about Xander & Warren becoming drinking buddies, & I hope Buffy's right & traveling to LA keeps Tara from dying. Loved the Fred/Gunn introduction, & the way Buffy immediately took control--really loved her willingness to include Wesley, despite the problems they had when he came to be her Watcher. & I really liked Buffy's apology to everyone, especially Spike...I like the reflective nature of this--and not just w/ Buffy...I really liked that the girls realized the pressure they put on her. Hmm, wonder what the poor appetite & nightmares could mean? Or do they mean anything except it's really poopy to be back after being in heaven? I look forward to finding out. & I really adored the Buffy/Giles convo about the FE...& I enjoyed Giles' reaction to Spuffy the most! "He's your son." I'm guessing it's a Tabula Rasa reference, but it'd be funny if they were related...great-great uncle Spike perhaps? LOL Fantastic chappie, can't wait for more of this one!

Aww...no Anya on the road trip? That's okay, I'm hoping she'll show up after Spuffy mate & she's one of their peeps. I'm so excited that you've started this new story! *squeeeeeeeeee* It promises to be a fun ride. I loved that Willow was so accepting of Spuffy (she could've caused some real trouble if she hadn't)...& I loved Tara's Anya-like comment, she's really coming into her own & I adore it. & I'm glad they busted the nerds before they left, now they won't be home when Warren comes for some revenge. So are you going to update this? Will Angel turn out to be friend or foe? How will he take to Spike and Buffy's relationship? Will Mary update anytime soon? Or will the plot kitties snuggle with another writer so we have to wait sadly for the next installment to her absolutely amazing Immortal Guardians Series...Please more Mary!!!
