This, I think, may have been the best chapter you have written so far. I loved it beyond words. The flashes from Giles' description of the two to their actual actions was hilarious. Thank you for making me laugh :)

Thank god they both had the dream, otherwise it would have been pretty interesting. Although pre-Angelus Buffy was always someone I liked a lot more than the later version. And I think she would have been more open-minded as well.looking forward to more.

During Becoming Part 2, instead of the band lie Joyce comes up with an interesting alternative that Buffy and Spike go along with. Originally written in drabble form for kallysten's writing fest, October 2009, now expanded to full story form.
It looks like a very promising beginning to another hit by one of my favourite authors. I'll be keeping an eye on this!

Love the story though. And if she thinks Spike would ever think twice about not loving her, scars and all, she's still an idiot!
An now the hunt for her can begin in earnest. Curious about the spell to locate her soul, though. Is she that heavily shielded or was she temporarily in Heraven or is it that part of her soul is truly gone? We'll see, I guess.
